I hereby grant permission for my child to participate in the holiday party and/or receive holiday gifts provided by Wayne County Children Services. I understand and acknowledge that any gifts received are to be used only according to the manufacturer's recommendations. I further acknowledge that Wayne County Children Services, its employees, agents, and Wayne County administration shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from participation in this event or the use of any items received. By signing below, I waive any and all rights to initiate legal action or claim against Wayne County Children Services, its employees, or the County administration related to this event or the distribution of gifts. I understand the terms of this agreement and acknowledge that I have the right to seek independent legal counsel before signing.
